As with all health products, each person is different and we recommend that you carefully look over our ingredients and speak to your physician before taking Restore.
We recommend NOT using Restore if you take SSRI antidepressants, unless you are taking it under a doctor’s supervision.
This is because Restore contains amino acids that boost natural serotonin production: 5HTP and SAM-e. Some doctors have used these precursors to help people wean off of antidepressants. However, this process should be monitored because some people can develop “serotonin syndrome,” which results from too much serotonin in the brain and can be potentially serious.
With regular use, most of our customers report noticeable improvements in well-being during the first week or two (some sooner!) with continued, gradual improvements thereafter.
A large number of our customers have told us that they felt noticeably better on Day 1 of taking Restore!
Restore can be taken for as long as you feel that you need it.
Most people do not need it for longer than 12 months, but there are exceptions.
Best results are seen when Restore is taken with food. We recommend taking it immediately prior to a meal or within an hour after a meal.
We advise our customers to follow a healthy diet consisting of two or three nutritious meals each day. These meals should be high in good sources of protein and at least five portions of fruit and vegetables daily.
Some customers have found that they have a bit of excess energy or feel very relaxed after taking Restore. This can be resolved by taking 1/2 scoop instead of a full scoop. It can also be resolved by taking it at a time of day in which a bit of energy or relaxation is not inconvenient for you.
In a minority of cases, customers who have taken Restore on an empty stomach have reported feelings of nausea. This problem can be resolved by taking it with food.
Some people report mild flushing/warmth of the face or chest. This is called “niacin flush” and it’s a totally harmless result of taking large doses of vitamin B3 (niacin), and it’s a sign that the supplement is working. This symptom goes away within minutes and disappears completely with consistent usage.

Please consult with your doctor before taking Restore if you take non-SSRI antidepressants. People who take antidepressants that primarily affect dopamine or norepinephrine may experience minor interactions with some of the natural amino acid precursors for these neurotransmitters, such as L-Phenylalanine, SAM-e, and L-Tyrosine. These interactions are rare, and they depend on individual biochemistry and dosage.
Yes, Restore is safe to consume if you take blood thinners.
There should be no interaction between Restore and benzodiazepines, but everyone is biochemically different. Consult with your doctor before taking Restore if you take benzodiazepines.

As with all health products, each person is different and we recommend you speak to your physician before taking Restore, especially if you are taking prescribed medications.
Specifically, Restore contains 5HTP and SAM-e. These are amino acids that may interact with SSRI antidepressants. It should therefore not be taken with SSRIs except under the guidance of a doctor.
We have gotten very little negative feedback about the effects of the product itself. The limited amount of negative feedback we’ve received in the past relates to personal taste preferences. Fortunately, Restore is a new and improved formula that tastes great!
Be sure to take with food, and reduce dosage to 1/2 scoop. Some people only need 1/2 scoop per day to experience benefits. Be sure to drink enough water throughout the day.
Restore can be taken in conjunction with regimens that include multivitamins, minerals, and herbs. However, we advise against consuming extra dosages of the amino acids already contained in it. Exceptions can be made if you are under the guidance of a doctor or naturopath.
This supplement is 100% liposomal, meaning that all of the nutrients are contained within tiny lipid molecules that impart a “creamy” mouthfeel. Because Restore is liposomal, it is rapidly and totally absorbed into your system.
We don’t introduce random lipids to create the liposomes. We use PPC – a crucial nutrient – as the lipid molecule to envelop the other nutrients and deliver them rapidly into your system.
